-Payments for appointments must be taken in cash.

-All appointment deposits are non refundable.

-If the client is more than 15 minutes late with no prior communication then they forfeit their --Appointment and their deposit.

There are no refunds for services rendered.

1. Purchase the exact type of hair requested by your braider. This will allow for a smooth installment and the desired aesthetic.

2. Wash and blow dry your hair in advance of the appointment unless otherwise directed.
